We have been advised of a nationwide system outage affecting all ACFS depots across Australia, including ACFS Port Botany. At this time, ACFS has not confirmed when full system functionality will be restored.
Due to the outage:
No cargo can be dropped off or collected at any ACFS facility nationwide.
Transport operators are unable to process arrivals, departures, or documentation through ACFS systems.
Delays are expected across the network until systems return online.
To support customers during this disruption, ACFS has confirmed:
Containers with last free day on 17 December 2025 will receive a 24-hour extension at no additional charge.
Deliveries and empty dehires scheduled through ACFS will be delayed.
Rescheduling may be required once systems are restored.
Customers with time-sensitive cargo should anticipate flow-on impacts.
KLN will continue to coordinate with carriers and ACFS to minimise disruptions where possible.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates as soon as ACFS confirms system restoration or operational changes.
