AU – Upcoming Public Holiday Notice - June 2026

Kindly take note of the following upcoming public holidays across Australia in June 2026:

• Monday, 1 June 2026 WA Day (Western Australia) | Reconciliation Day (Australian Capital Territory)

• Monday, 8 June 2026 King's Birthday (New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory)

During these periods, while most terminals are expected to operate under normal receival and delivery programs, there may be reduced capacity, limited staffing, and intermittent disruptions depending on terminal and vessel schedules.

Operational Overview

• Terminals and depots may operate on a reduced or vessel-dependent basis
• Some facilities will continue working to clear wharf volumes where required
• Limited staff availability may impact processing times and responsiveness

Public Holiday Surcharge

Where access to terminals is required during either public holiday:

• Surcharge: AUD 195.00 per container
• Applicable Dates: 1 June 2026 and 8 June 2026

Important Considerations

• Empty container returns will be managed where possible; however, detention charges incurred during these periods will not be accepted as liability
• Shipping lines may count weekends and public holidays as part of free time – we strongly recommend requesting free time extensions in advance

Customer Guidance

• Plan deliveries and collections ahead of the holiday periods where possible
• Allow additional buffer time for transport and terminal interactions
