We wish to share an important **market update** regarding potential disruption in **Chittagong, Bangladesh**.

We have been informed by market sources (unofficial at this stage) that **all Container Freight Stations (CFS) in Chittagong may commence strike action from 11 December 2025**. The reported cause relates to **increased tariff issues**, which are understood to be pending a decision in the **High Court Division**.

At this time, **no formal notice or official confirmation has been issued**, and operations are continuing as normal. However, given the potential impact, we believe it is important to keep you informed.

### Potential Operational Impact (If Strike Proceeds)

If CFS operators do go on strike, the following impacts are expected:
