Please be advised that **Patrick Brisbane Terminal** will transition to its new **OptiBook container booking system** over the weekend of **Saturday, 8 November 2025**.

This upgrade represents a significant change in how Patrick manages booking, storage, and container availability — shifting from a **vessel-level** system to a **container-level** model.

### Key Changes to Note

- **Bookings can only be made once a container has physically discharged.**  
  Advance slot planning before vessel discharge is no longer possible.
- **First Free Day (FFD) and storage tracking will now occur at the container level.**  
  Dates will no longer be published at a vessel level.
- **Free time is now calculated as discharge time + 3 working days** (to the time of discharge).
