Please be advised that due to **adverse weather conditions in Christchurch**, there is a high likelihood of **multiple container depot and port closures over the next 24–48 hours**.

## Expected Impact

- Port and container depots may **open and close intermittently** throughout today and tomorrow
- Delays to container collections and empty dehires
- Possible rescheduling of deliveries and transport movements

We will contact customers directly where empty containers cannot be dehired and, where required, request alternative off-hire depots.

Please note that **KLN will not accept liability for detention or demurrage charges** arising from terminal or depot closures and associated delays beyond our reasonable control.

We are closely monitoring conditions and will provide further updates as necessary.
