**North Island to South Island freight that departed on Friday** travelled as scheduled prior to ferry cancellations and continues to move through the network as normal. - **Freight scheduled to depart this evening and potentially tomorrow** may experience delays, subject to confirmation of available ferry sailings. ## Expected Impact - Possible short-term delays for northbound and southbound inter-island cargo - Re-sequencing of freight once sailings resume - Extended transit times depending on ferry capacity availability We are closely monitoring ferry schedules and capacity updates and will advise as further clarity becomes available. If you require shipment-specific updates, please contact your **KLN Customer Service Team**. Thank you for your patience and understanding. ## Related articles [View All](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory) [Ocean Freight](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/tag/ocean-freight) [FCL Shipping Rates from China to New Zealand - October 2026 Outlook](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/fcl-shipping-rates-from-china-to-new-zealand-october-2026-outlook) 22 Sep 2026 [Supply Chain Disruptors](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/tag/supply-chain-disruptors) [China East Coast – Typhoon Saudel Operational Impact Advisory – August 27–28, 2026](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/china-east-coast-typhoon-saudel-operational-impact-advisory-august-27-28-2026) 27 Aug 2026 [Ocean Freight](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/tag/ocean-freight) [FCL Shipping Rates from China to New Zealand - September 2026 Outlook](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/fcl-shipping-rates-from-china-to-new-zealand-september-2026-outlook) 24 Aug 2026 [Ocean Freight](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/tag/ocean-freight) [FCL Shipping Rates from China to New Zealand - August 2026 Outlook](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/fcl-shipping-rates-from-china-to-new-zealand-august-2026-outlook) 22 Jul 2026 [New Zealand](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/tag/new-zealand) [NZ – Cook Strait – Ferry Cancellation Weather Advisory – June 25–27, 2026](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/nz-cook-strait-ferry-cancellation-weather-advisory-june-25-27-2026) 24 Jun 2026 [New Zealand](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/tag/new-zealand) [NZ – Cook Strait – Ferry Cancellation Weather Advisory – June 8–10, 2026](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/nz-cook-strait-ferry-cancellation-weather-advisory-june-8-10-2026) 08 Jun 2026 [New Zealand](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/tag/new-zealand) [Port of Auckland | VBS & Access Fee Increases – 1 July 2026 & 1 January 2027](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/port-of-auckland-vbs-access-fee-increases-1-july-2026-1-january-2027) 05 Jun 2026 [New Zealand](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/tag/new-zealand) [NZ – ANZEX Service – ANL Waikato 474N Port Omissions: Lyttelton & Wellington – May 31, 2026](https://info.oceania.kln.com/customer-advisory/nz-anzex-service-anl-waikato-474n-port-omissions-lyttelton-wellington-may-28-2026) 28 May 2026 ### Notices ### Company ### Locations Connect with KLN Oceania [![Linkedin](https://info.oceania.kln.com/hubfs/Kerry_Logistics_August_2023/images/icon-linkedin.svg "Linkedin")](https://www.linkedin.com/company/29366171/) [![KLN Logo\_white-1](https://info.oceania.kln.com/hs-fs/hubfs/KLN%20Logo_white-1.png?width=150&height=59&name=KLN%20Logo_white-1.png "KLN Logo_white-1")](https://www.kln.com/) © 2026 KLN FREIGHT (OCEANIA) LIMITED.
