Please be advised that there are **significant delays around Melbourne Terminals and Empty Container Parks** today due to two concurrent disruptions.

### Traffic Disruption:

- A **truck fire near the wharf precinct** has caused **major traffic diversions** in the surrounding areas.
- Access to terminals and depots is heavily congested, and **delivery delays are expected throughout the day**.
- The full operational impact is still being assessed. Updates will follow as more information becomes available.

### High Wind Alert:

- **Strong wind conditions** across Melbourne are also impacting **Empty Container Parks and Terminal operations**.
- For safety reasons, some facilities have **restricted access or temporarily closed**.
- These closures may occur intermittently during the day, potentially compounding delays.
