NSW - Sydney Hutchison Ports – Scheduled Terminal Operating System (TOS) Outage - February 2 2026

Please be advised that Hutchison Ports will be undertaking a scheduled Terminal Operating System (TOS) outage on Monday, 2 February 2026, from 10:00 to 15:00.

Services Unavailable During the Outage

During this period, the following functions will not be available:

• Submission or amendment of PRA documents
• Booking or confirmation of appointments
• Completion of manifests

Required Action

To avoid disruption, please ensure that all PRAs, appointments, and manifests are submitted and completed by 09:00 on 2 February 2026.

Hutchison Ports has advised that sufficient time slots will be made available in advance to accommodate movements impacted by the outage.
