Temporary Email Delivery Disruption – Microsoft Global Issue January 23 2026

We would like to advise that Microsoft has reported a global service degradation affecting Outlook and Exchange services, which may temporarily impact the receipt of emails from external senders.

This is a global Microsoft issue and is not isolated to KLN Oceania.

Microsoft has advised that while partial service restoration is underway, email delivery issues are still ongoing for some users globally, including delayed or intermittent receipt of emails from external senders.

What this means

  • Some emails sent to KLN users may be delayed or not received

  • The issue is currently under investigation by Microsoft

  • Internal teams have been notified and are monitoring updates

  • The issue is external and global, not specific to KLN

  • Microsoft continues to work toward full resolution
