Operations paused: Later hours of Tue 18 Nov during the upgrade
Truck bookings resume (Wed 19 Nov): From 01:00
Expect no road operations during the upgrade window.
Plan collections/dehires before 16:00 Tue or from 01:00 Wed.
Short-notice congestion may occur when operations resume.
